This weekend I finally did it.
I got my nose pierced.
I've wanted a tiny nose stud for a long time. Since my senior year of high school really. But I've never really found myself in a position to be able to get one until now (due to life circumstances). There was always some excuse.
But I'm fortunate enough to be at a place in my life where I can get away with having one. (Yay!)

It fits you really well. =)
ReplyDeleteI sort of wanted one, but I think I'm the kind of person who would get tired of it.
Thanks, Rain. I like piercings because if you grow tired of them you can just take them out. Unlike tattoos!
DeleteLooks good. I have a small one with a white crystal myself :-)
ReplyDeleteDid it hurt? I really want one, but my sister said it hurt more than her tragus. I have my rook pierced and that was a loooooong month for me.
ReplyDeleteThe actual piercing was enough to make me tear up a little (I have a rather low pain threshold). But it's hardly hurt at all afterward. I think it being flesh as opposed to cartilage really makes a difference!
DeleteHmmm, good to know. I don't remember having my earlobes pierced, so I can't compare, although my navel didn't hurt nearly as much as my rook, so maybe that's a fair comparison. It looks cute on you!
